The agreement document
You are about to submit a registration request on the BCFMCA's VE7RAG D-STAR system. This system is owned and operated by the BC FM Communications Association. Only user registration requests within the local RF coverage area of the VE7RAG repeaters will be approved. If you are not within the RF coverage area of the VE7RAG repeaters, please cancel and find another gateway to register on. If you are a regular user of the BCFMCA repeater system, your support via membership is appreciated. See http://www.bcfmca.bc.ca for membership details.
